"A very pleasant stay. Slamming doors at night but not the fault of the hotel-inconsiderate guests. Bed and linens were excellent. Hotel staff very helpful and cordial. Hotel located close to subway, shopping and restaurants. Had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of breakfast - there was always plenty of food in the mornings. Could have used more elevators, but understand the lack of space in New York City real estate. Was a good value considering that fact."

"The service was wonderful, and our maid for the floor we were on was absolutely perfect. Yes, the elevators are slow, as are the computers that are available to guests to print out boarding passes or tickets. However, this is an excellent hotel in midtown Manhattan that also has self-serve breakfast for saving money in the Big Apple. For those who only want to pass through Times Square instead of being trampled on daily this is the place to go. 5th aveune is right there and the Empire State building is around the corner, although I would suggest going to see it from the hotel bar; it provides an fantastic view. The lines for the Empire State Building are horrible, I loved the Top of the Rock and the lines there were quick and the views are just are awesome in my opinions."

"For the price, this hotel was great. Good breakfast and staff is efficient. They provided a crib for the room and high chairs were available in the breakfast room. I must say that the elevators are REALLY slow and the rooms are small. On the other hand, to visit NY, it is perfect. Just beside the Empire State Building and betweem 5th Avenue and Broadway, you can walk to the subway in less than 5 minutes and walk to Times Square in 15 or 20 minutes. Overall, fror the price, it is an excellent hotel to visit NY."

"Everything was good about the hotel but not fabulous. Price was good, room and hotel was clean, breakfast was MUCH better than expected! Short walk to the subway and to catch a cab. Located right in Korea Town which was great because the food and restaurants there are awesome. Our room view was non-existant which didn't matter to me but would matter to other guests. The beds were wicked comfortable! Loved it.

"This hotel is located in the center of Korean Country on 32nd St. It is hidden in between several Korean Shops. 2 blocks from Empire State Bldg. Parking Garage is across the street and cost $27.00 for the night as long as you get your parking pass stamped by the hotel. Time square is an approx. 20 minute walk. The rooms are small. We had a queen size bed. Don't expect more than just a place to stay over night. The breakfast was almost non existant. Breakfast was from 6 am to 10 am. We got there at 8am and nothing was left. We ate elsewhere."

"The room was a little small but that was ok because we were out all day. The wifi is poor plus they made the password invalid the day we were checking out before checkout time. At any rate, the wifi speed was slow. The doors all slam shut which makes hearing everyone coming and going annoying. The elevators are slow but they do allow you to check your bags at now cost. It's close to the subway stations, no more than one block away. "

"the location was great, easy to walk to times square and the theater district and shopping. The outdoor bar was small but had a great view of the empire state building. the staff waas efficient, rooms were clean. the bed was too soft but we could not complain about anything else."

"Our time was comfortable and the location was perfect for us. We used the subway exclusively to get around and the Herald Square station is less than a block away. Penn station is 2 blocks away. It was an easy walk to Times Square. Our king room was spacious,clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful,and breakfast is cold,but ok."

"My girl friends and I went to NY for an overnight stay. Hotel was about 2-1/2 blocks from Penn station so that made it convenient. Close to everything. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was included. Also they let us keep our luggage there (locked up) before and after check-in / check-out at no charge. I have been to hotels in NY and they charged $4 a bag. All in all a great hotel and would stay again."
