"Made arrangements so easily,! Staff member was so pleasant to work with! Even after I questioned the total of the bill (which I calculated wrong) she remained pleasant and helpful despite my misunderstanding. I felt silly once I figured out my mistake. Another person may have become impatient and angry wi me, but this woman did not! Would definitely book thru this company again.

"We had a great weekend in Chicago at the Four Points by Sheraton. Beautiful room and great location. We were there for a volleyball tournament and it was about a 20 minute walk to Navy Pier or if you wanted a cab they were always available. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the 'Doorman' - always had something friendly to say and always had a smile on his face."

"Upon arrival the front desk was not helpful or friendly. Two of the woman were in deep discussions and could careless about the guests. There was 1 man but i do not remember his name. He was helpful and would help us flag a cab. He was there the 1st, 3rd and 5th day. Maybe another day.
The carpet in the room was filthy. The shower had black grime on floor of shower and walls. The toilet in our room had trouble flushing. The hall ways going to the rooms were so dirty. Like coke sprayed on walls or something.
Pool you could not swim in because it had too many chemicals and was so cloudy you couldnt see the bottom.
We travel to Chicago once a year and would never stay at this hotel again."

"This hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from the Red Line 'Grand' stop. The staff is friendly and helpful. Business center - used it to print out our boarding passes for flight (didn't have to pay extra for this..). Across from Marshall's/Home Goods and located near many restaurants. In addition, there is a restaurant in the same building that is decent for breakfast if you don't want to go far. Will definately stay at this hotel next time I'm in Chicago."

"The location was perfect. Howevere, when we got there we were put in a room with a king size bed and no couch, their were two adults and a 7 year old. The wonderful man who took our luggage up called the front desk and said they had a room with two doubles. The front lady desk said they were over booked. They did bring up a roll bed for my daughter to sleep on. The refrigerator didn't work and everyday we had to call and ask for another towel because they would only give us two. I hung our towels up everyday to use them again, but they still took them and replaced them with two towels, so we had to call everyday for another one. I was really disappointed with the hotel, I have never had problems with getting the room that I booked. We told them about the broken refrigerator, all of our leftovers ended up getting thrown away everyday because it wasn't staying cool."

"It was so much closer to the Magnificent Mile then was expected. It was only a block away and was right in the middle. It was exceptionally clean. All of the staff members were so friendly and great with directions and advice on the best places to get food and shop, etc. It was a perfect location, perfect service, perfect accommodations, perfect stay! Will definitely book this hotel again for future stays in Chicago. Couldn't have been a better experience! :) Very speedy and clean as well which was much appreciated!"
