"I was VERY disappointed with this resort. They appear to be renovating but they are @ least 5-10 years too late. The up keep has been poor and its very noticable. The hallways smelled like sour carpet, the elevators were dirty, the rooms are outdated, the bedding was stained, the soap scum in the bathroom was VERY visible on the tile and under the shower knob. The amentiies of a resort are not available (workout room was nasty/outdated, pool was out of service and we didn't even have a micorwave) and they should not be able to carry the name of a resort let alone charge customers the resort fee of $15/day they charged me. I do NOT agree with the rating of 8 this place had, it does not deserve anything over a 5."

"Would never ever stay here again. I go every year with my family to orlando and this was the worst place i ever stayed at. rooms were not ready when we got there, were not given the rooms we book because we book from bookit a 2nd party we were told.. Took 2hrs until we were able to get our rooms. The front staff very uncaring, took 3 staff members just to check in, the rooms smelled, the hallways smelled and dirty,not to mention the cleaning staff very rude when you asked a question, i can go on and on but we made the best of it, I would say the only nice staff memeber that were very nice was the one lady and the guy outside who took care of the entertainment."

"Hotel was nice. Bed worked. When we arrived in the room, the safe was broken, but the security guard came in about 3 minutes and all was fixed. Only issues was the bath tube did not drain. And the free shuttle service was not on time, most of the time. The shuttle service is not owned by the resort by a third party, so the resort can only direct all complaints to the shuttle company."

"Our trip to Orlando was great however Hotel Radisson in Celebration left a lot to be desired. To start we were told that the room we reserved had been given away to a walk in guest and that there was nothing they could do to correct this. The hallways were dirty and the room we ended up with had a funny smell and was in need of renovation and serious cleaning. To top it off the shuttle was never on time, and did not have enough room for everyone. I do NOT recommend this location and will never stay there again."

"Stayed here for 3 nights as we tried to find some warmth and sun in mid winter. Pool(s) = excellent, large one was cold but beautiful. The overall place was pretty goo, somewhat tired but pretty clean and updated. Staff was mediocre, somewhat responsive when asked for their help. Shower was weak, but bath room was fine. Parking was secure but pretty tight in back of the hotel. The location was excellent. Grounds were pretty but somewhat neglected (there was a Doritos bag floating in the little fish pond in the courtyard - it was there for all three days until my son fished it out and threw it away). The 3rd floor near the elevator smelled like cat pee. The best thing about the place was the tremendous music play lists while sitting at the pools...huge props to the folks who decided on the music!!! Also, the tiki bar was awesome, but should have been kept open later, it closed at 9. We'd come back!!"

"This was our first family trip to Disney, and this hotel was amazing! The rooms was nice with extremely comfy beds, the lobby was beautiful, the restaurant had great food, and the staff went out of their way to help us at every turn. We enjoyed the beautiful pool ( our kids loved the waterslide) and the many hottubs and relaxing areas to sit. We especially loved that every night in the main lobby, they offered 2 kids movies on the big screen ( my favourite as well)
I would definately go back, and I would reccomend this hotel to everyone!!!"

"The hotel was centrally located which was very nice. The sleep number beds were okay but not a favorite....TV channels limited-traveled with small child who wanted cartoons but only a couple of options with limited times. Excellent pool areas with fun activities kids and adults could utilize but pools did have build-up on the floor that remained in same sports our entire stay. Overall, didn't have too much to commplain about as we were out most of the time and just arrived back to go to bed."

"We were very pleasantly surprised and delighted with this hotel. After reading some of the reviews, we were unsure of what we would find. What we discovered was a beautiful resort, clean, comfortable rooms, and a readily available staff that could not be more helpful. The staff sought us out & made sure we were aware of all the activities. Everyone had the attitude & expressed ' what can I do for you?' The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The children's activities and staff were outstanding. Our grandchildren told us that this hotel is 'way better' than Disney. We had to make them go to the parks as they preferred to stay at the resort. Food - highly recommend the pizza from Cascades Pool Bar or Mandolin's Restaurant. Chef prepared with fresh, crisp veggies - delightful! The only drawback we had was that we could not use our Carlson Club because we booked online."

"Took my goddaughter to Disney, stayed at the Radisson Resort Orlando Celebration. First room smelled like mold, mildew and general stuffiness, & the safe didn't work. It was on the first floor right next to one of the pools which may explain the dampness and mustiness (there are 3 pools). I was given another room on the 4th floor, it was much better. Sleep number bed only worked on one side, but that was OK, it was a king bed and she and I could share one side comfortably. The staff was very accommodating and nice. After discovering the pools, my goddaughter had no plans to leave for Magic Kingdom, or any other park, but I was able to get her to MK for 6 hrs one day before she asked if it was time to go back to the hotel so she could get in the pool. Overall a good place to stay if you plan to spend most of your time out of the hotel, not luxurious, but decent. A resort? not sure about that. One bit of advice, beware the people in the lobby offering free ticket and breakfast for 2 hrs of your time to listen to a timeshare presentation, It turned into 4 hrs with a salesman who went from nice to nasty when I told him I wasn't interested in buying a timeshare."

"Radission Celebration is a very economical a centrally located resort/hotel which is near to all Disney area attractions. My family of 4 stayed here for 1 week in Aug 2012. Our room was in the 6000 building and it was clean and comfortable for the most part, though it did show some signs of aging like the decor and the carpet, but we were not in it very often. The pools and breakfast were great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The free shuttles came on time for the parks as well as the free shuttle to the Premier Outlet Mall. Overall we had a great time. I paid 55 US per night which included some added perks so would definitely recommend this hotel for a value for your money stay."

"This hotel has potential and was an ok stay for the price. The best area by far was the pool areas, and the Jacuzzi. The hotel itself has potential and could be much better than it is. For starters how hard is it to replace dingy, dirty carpet in an elevator, this was a sign of things to come. I stayed in the 6000 bldg, the hallways were nice, could be better. The room had a moldy, dirty, dusty smell and is in need of major renovations. The furniture looks like it's the original stuff from 20yrs ago and the sleep number bed must have been the cheapest bed sold by the company, it was extremely hard, which I didn't mind but it was hard and lumpy. I didn't notice much difference in the bed settings it probably didn't work properly anyway. The curtains in the room were dusty and just gave you an icky feeling when you touched them. The bathroom, they tried a reno but all they did was replace the shower head, the shower curtains, and re-caulked the tile, nevertheless the mold was still visible, it was a good attempt at making it look pretty. The toilet handle was broken, and the bathroom age was showing. The smell was by far the worse, just old and musty, I used a can of air freshener in a two night stay and two cans of Lysol deodorizer, the room just felt nasty. Luckily most time was spent at the pool or away from the facility altogether. I would not stay there again; I'd rather spend the extra dollars and feel clean in a more polished hotel. Yes, it's a hotel; I would not call this a resort. Radisson is falling short on this property. Facility needs work, rooms need new carpet, curtains, furniture, beds, ventilation system, and needs a new bathroom altogether. If you want a cheap stay I the area this is your place, but you really get what you pay for. I paid $52 per night w/ sleep # bed."

"To anyone thinking of booking at this hotel...don't. My recent stay was disastrous. Immediately after entering the room we we're given, the smell of mold was overbearing. After taking a very brief look around we discovered the source was actually from the large patch of mold on both bed skirts and mattresses. The second room we were given had the same problem as well as water damage on the walls. Also the carpet in the room had not been installed correctly and there were exposed wires in corners of the room. A few days into our THIRD ROOM our toilet overflowed, flooding the bathroom and soaking the surrounding carpet in our room. After calling down to both housekeeping and guest services a number of times, I was finally able to get a hold of the staff, who told me that the most they could do at this point was assign us another room because housekeeping had left. For those who are counting this was our fourth room in four days. Upon venturing down to the front desk once again with all of our bags, the woman at the front desk simply placed the new key card on the counter barely making eye contact with me. When my friend asked if we might run into the same mold problem with this new room, the woman replied angrily 'Well no, it's not supposed to'! As if their disgusting hotel hadn't proved to be mold laden twice over. On our fifth night we saw a family photographing a frog on the wall in the lobby by the elevator. When we got to our room a strange man claiming to be hotel staff banged on our door twice screaming 'Room service'. Which by the way we did not order. After phoning down, the security proved to be just as useless because they did not even come up to our room to see if we we alright or question further about the potential threat to the guests at their hotel. After that ordeal we decided to check out when we discovered two cockroaches in our fourth room in five nights. I have to say that the most disturbing part of our stay was not the fact that a roach crawled our of my friends swimsuit when we were preparing to checkout; but the fact that the manager of the hotel thought it necessary to 'inform' us that there had not been a roach infestation in our room but rather a palmetto bug which apparently in his mind is quite common in his hotel. After everything we went through he only credited us our resort fee, which was about $12.50 per night. I'm sure that one could have a positive experience at this hotel, but personally I did not. I will never return or ever recommend it, even to an enemy. If you have already booked, be sure to pack your patience."

"My kids and I totally enjoyed our time from day one! We were there for 6nights/7days. Check in super quick AND because we had arrived early flight we were lucky enough to get a room before the check in time. Pools area clean, jacuzzi was ok but a lot of kids in at all times, rooms were fine, shuttle to Universal/Island of Adventure departs the hotel at 730am which is ok for us because we are up already. Breakfast was Awesome! Staff very friendly! Front receptionist was really nice and poliet. I would reccomend and will stay here again."

"We loved this resort. We were there for 3 days with our one year old and had a blast. The people were friendly and it was a great environment for our daughter. There was lots for us to do there. We didn't even go to disney but had a great time at the hotel. Only thing we didnt like was to cost of the drinks at the pool bar. I used a 2 4 1 coupon for our 2 drinks and our total was still $17 before tip. That just seemed very unreasonable. We learned from that and just visited that bar the one time."

"This is definitely NOT a 4-Star hotel!! No wonder our trip package was cheap! When we arrived to our hotel room we were all so dissappointed! The room had such a fowl smell from mildew and there were food trays in the hallway smelling so bad as if they've been sitting all day! I put in a complaint and we were moved to an upper floor. Still very bad mildew smell all around the room. Elevators dirty, carpets with stains. SMOKING should not be allowed anywhere in the facilities; especially around the pool where children are playing. The only good thing about this hotel was the activities for the kids. I also did not appreciate that I had a final bill when I checked out (room taxes fees)! By that time, I was so desperate to leave this place that I didn't even care paying! We will never come back here again!! Not worth it!"

"The Cable TV lineup was terrible. It may seem like a small thing but its important to some. Especially if you are going to be there for more than just 2 or 3 days. It's enough for us not to return. Also there is ZERO water pressure. It gets annoying to have to shower day after day with just a trickle of water. The parking situation could be better. At night there is not one security person or any employee anywhere to be found. The pool area is good but way too small for the size of the resort. So it was terribly overcrowded. The elevators need servicing. Could have used more closet or drawer space too. On the good side, the rooms were very clean, the beds were great, plenty of pillows and great bedding (important). Plenty of towels too. The room service menu was not too expensive. The fridge was a very decent size and there were plenty of cups, and ice available,"

"i booked this room for 2 days because there was a promo for no resort fee but i actually just switched rooms because there was a roach in my initial room. I would think they would at least offer a free breakfast for one day for the inconvenience but no, nothing but a different room......besides the cockroach and the sleep number not working in the 1st room, the hotel is located right off the strip, you can basically walk to everything and the pools and spas are a plus... I wouldnt stay here again anytime soon but if you get a good deal and dont have to pay the resort fees, i'd say give it a try...."

"We were told that this was a new building. It was far from being a new building. The carpets smelled, the bldg. was in bad shape. It's not as Disney friendly as we thought as there was a small shuttle bus that takes everyone to Epcot but if you get there & you're @the end of the line, you just have to pray there's standing room for you. As it only goes to Epcot & if that is not your final destination, you have to take a tram to Magic Kingdom's transfer center & take a bus to Magic Kingdom & if that's still not your final destination, you have to hop on another bus to get to your park of choice. And you get to that all over again at the end of the day. Which you have to plan half an hr. in advance to make the return bus trip & hope you're not at the end of a long line. The resort says parking is free but when charged a resort fee $11/day & asked what it consist of - they said, 'parking, shuttle service & pool.'. A shuttle service that doesn't even operate efficiently. So even if we got a good rate, that extra $11/day was not worth it esp. for the amenities that were offered. It would've been better to drive & pay the parking of $15 at the parks if we were getting charged $11. It was a big disappointment ...this was by no way a good deal."

"So the hotel is really nice and big. There is like 3 pools. And one pool even has a water slide, so thats really cool! The pools HUGE by the way. There was also a dj, games and a staff member playing games with the kids. The staff is really friendly. I love that little market/food place they have! The only bad thing was that the hallways going to our rooms they smelled like clorox. I mean i guess its good bbecause then you know the place is clean but the smell is just really strong and bad for people. Oh and my shower thingy (to turn it on) it was so hard to turn on! My mom, grandma, sister and I could not turn on the shower! My dad was the only one! Because he is strong. But he still had some issues. But everything else was great (:"

"I am really disappointed with this hotel. It is advertised that the hotel has sleep number beds when only some of the rooms do,but that's not the reason for my complaint. The hotel is beyond disgusting, the smell is so bad that it burned my nose my throat and my eyes! I woke up with bug bites on my leg,back, and face. I tried to complain to the front desk about both problems the bed,and the smell and they told me to come back to the front desk in the morning. I did twice,by the third time I noticed they didn't care and gave up. I bought a spray to hide the odor which didn't help that much but it made it a little better. The room was damp,wet,and musty! I tried to ask the housekeeper for towels and was loudly yelled at by a lady speaking Spanish who didn't understand me. I asked another person for towels and got a huge sigh in return like I was a bother. She rolled her eyes,then hours later brought the towels back. I could go on and on about this hotel but I'll let you see for yourself if you decide to go here. Many people I met in the elevator also had the same complaints as me. Many people told me they moved 3 and 4 times and the rooms were all nasty and smelly. Trust me the value isn't worth the hassle of this hotel."

"The best part of the hotel stay was the resort pool - although the resort fee would be better included up front in the booking. We got a bill while there for another $25 for 2 days resort fee before we checked out. There were some poolside activities for the children and a DJ. The staff were very friendly. The room was dated, but beds and the bathroom were clean, just the corners of the rooms carpet were dirty and we found a pair of boys underwear on the floor of the closet that apparently had not been cleaned up from the last guest. If we were to ever stay here again, we'd make sure to ask for a room in the newer section, not building 3000."

"The Raddisson had a great pool and activities for kids. Staff was helpfil and friendly. but.....our hotel room was filthy!!!!!we stayed in room 6116. The sheets were clean but the room itself was filthy that when the lights were on dim you could see the filth and crud and dirt and dust all over the walls...the carpet was gross...the bathroom was rundown and dirty...the dirt and grime could be seen on the bathroom door....and i called ahead to specifically have the air filter changed due to my daughters breathing disease. I also asked for a detailed cleaning of the room due to my daughters health issues...if I wasnt so tired upon our midnight arrival, I would have left but we stayed the night and all i could think of th rest of our trip was what filth,bacteria and ,old we breathed into our lungs that night. "As we had our grandaughters with us from the u.k we thought we would spend extra and take them to a hotel which caters for kids and were pleased this worked for them. As for the room we had ants in the coffe tray but sorted those out. The bath faucet was very hard for the kids to move and the water was constantly running so very wasteful. The hotel was advised about this and we were told this would get sorted on Saturday but, of course, no one came so had it running for the whole time we were there. The bathroom door was in bad shape and in need of replacement and also the bath/tiles were in need of update. We were surprised to find these as, maybe, we were expecting more from the Radisson name."

"The hotel was very well kept and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was clean and comfortable and had a nice tiki bar. The rooms were spacious clean and well kept also.
The only complaint I would have, is the fact that the staff allowed children and young teenages, to hang around the lobby and the computer room until all hours of the night. I went to use he computer at 1:30am two nights in a row and was surprised to find several young teenages in the computer room and lobby area playing games on the computer and the others that wern't on the 5 computers the hotel had were horse playing pretty rough. I asked if I can get on one of the computers and everyone put their heads down as if not hearing me. The manager came in and told the kids that they have to let the adults use the computers and could play on them all night if no adult needs them.

"I must say I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews. The hotel was clean and very big. I love how they had childrens movies playing on the large screen in the lobby area. The staff was friendly. The hallways were a little musty smelling but my room smelled fine. Parking was limited and we only stayed 1 night and drove to the park but if we would have stayed a few days I wouldn't have liked not being able to use the transportation. They only have scheduled shuttles that take you to Disney 1 time in the morning. Not a big deal for us because we drove. The pool was nice but it was a little chilly. Overall it was a nice hotel and we had a good time."

"A great place to stay for a little get away with the kids. The pool/slide and the activities by the pool kept the kids busy all day we didn't have to go to a Park just to have fun. "3 problems: 1. When we arrived, we waited until 4:00 pm to check in but our room wasn't ready, the manager noticed that I wasn't very happy, he gave us another room with an upgrade, it had a sleep number bed. I found the right number after 3 nights of waking up with a sore back lol 2. The noise of the fan in the washroom was incredable, really loud, we mentioned it to the front desk, they sent someone who told us it was natural with this hotel, the rooms were all like that. So we put up with it. 3. When waking up the last morning, I say this huge black spider on the ceiling over my husband's head. I'm petrified of spider. Glad I didn't see that at the beginning of our stay. But the rest was perfect, we honestly were very comfortable and happy with the room, the staff were very nice and friendly, always ready to help. Beautiful pools, exercise room. Walking distance to other stores and restaurants. We extended our stay for another 2 days and they accepted to extend our check out time to 3:00 pm instead of noon since our flight didn't leave Orlando Int'l Airport before 9:00 pm. Really appreciated this."

"Several reasons why we would not return - advertised free transportation to parks was VERY limited schedule, often left early or arrived very late, and several times arrived with a full bus. We ended up having to take a taxi twice. Advertised restaurant were kids eat free was expensive for adults. The restaurant also had advertised kids eat free dinner with a decent menu, but when we got there they only had a buffet with very limited items, none of which my kids enjoyed at all. The largest and most exciting pool was FREEZING cold. Had a couple of disappointing and bothersome encounters with the front desk manager (but one good experience with another front desk person.) Housekeeping staff was friendly and excellent - best part of the stay! I will NOT return, unless all I need out of a stay is one night and no extras. Room was clean, hotel was quiet."

"This resort website is very deceptive giving customers a false preception of their facility glamourous look. From my own observation, this resort is well over due for a major rennovation. Walls and doors required repainting, mold appears around the tub, tiles on the tub wall is stained, and screws to soap holderdish were rusted. My toilet flushed very slow and the water slide were closed, which is what my family and I was looking forward to. Since 11:30 p.m. is the only scheduled time for transportation from the Disney attractions returning to the resort, I was forced to drive my own vehicle to allow flexibility with my departure from the parks. $100 plus is extremely over priced for this resort which seemed more like a motel. After seeing this resort online, I was very disappointed with the actual appearance of this facility. The upgraded room I stayed in the second night didn't meet reasonable minimal standards either and I'm not a picky person. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING AT THIS HOLE IN THE WALL. Take heed to some of these negative reviews which could spare you from our unpleasant experiences."

"The breakfest buffet was average. My wife and I had a rum punch at the pool and it was ok and very pricey. We had a better drink for cheaper at another resort. Their beds are ok. The pool area was very nice with the waterfall and the lounge chairs. Suggestion to everyone - eat and drink outside of the hotel. If you want hotel that is an average place to stay close to Disney, this is the hotel to go to. I recommend watching the fireworks at 10:00 at the Magic Kingdom on the beach. Make sure you are on the beach where the castle is visible which is by the Luau theater. "

"Our stay was average, I expected better. The resort was a bit confusing to navigate the walkways and buildings. Our room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked very well. Our shower was terrible: no water pressure very difficult to adjust the water temperature between freezing and burning hot. The proximity to attractions and dining was great. The gym equipment was not maintained; broken treadmill and bike. Pool towels were tiny. Our stay was acceptable, but I'm confident we could find better accomodations in the area for a similar price."

"We agreee with the other comments with the fact that it is a little outdated but it did not bother us. Enjoyed a lot of the amenities. Our children (8 & 10) went on the slide, played in the pool all day (heated one), the ice cream in the afternoon, the computer room and the film in the lobby one night and the parents appreciated the happy hour every night. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and having the Pizza Hut counter was practicle for some nights coming back from Disney. The only thing that was very annoying for us (and maybe it's not the hotel's responsability ?) was the shuttle at night ! Had no vehicle so we took the shuttle to Disney every morning, which was great but at night, it was a nightmare ! Too many people (with the other 4 hotels) for just one vehicle. Once they called another one but one night we were ask to squeeze, standing up for the ride back. For an 8 year old between two adults, it was a difficult moment. But overall the hotel was great for us."

First day there was a 4 foot pile of laundry across the hall from our room until late at night. The last day of our stay our room was not cleaned until 6 pm and the maid was very rude. "I have stayed here many times. I like the location as it is very close to Disney, but away from the congestion of International Drive. It is very much a 'resort' feel with beautiful pools and lush landscaping. My only minor complaint with this hotel is that the 'big' pool (the one with the waterfall and slide) is cold (unheated). Please note that the other pool is as warm as bath water and the hot tubs are great. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotels in Orlando and is very much under-priced right now."

"the hotel is out dated old rusted, smelly carpet, paint is peeling in the bathroom. They had new TVs in the room but the channels were were fuzzy because no upgrade on the cable service i was told by the maintenance . "We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. This place is great for kids. We did have an issue with someone on our floor and I was not very happy with out the hotel dealt with it. All they did was send security up to the room and knock on the door. They refused to answer the door and the guy left. That was it. We were not offered to move rooms or anything. If not for this it would have been a great stay!"

"I definately had no problem at this hotel. The staff was great. We rented a car and getting on and off the highways were right there for us. I absolutely recommend a GPS. We did not spend much time in the hotel but it was fine for what we needed. It was a little out dated I guess but not much only in certain ways. I think it was great for the money and the services. "Yes, this hotel is probably due for a renovation, but the location and with the Bookit discount, it was worth the stay. Up side to the hotel being older is huge rooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. The coffee maker had a short and they replaced it within 20 minutes, the towels were clean and fluffy and the sleep number bed made us feel right at home. We didn't use any of the amenities or eat at the restaurant, but the location was very convenient to our friends home.
The only negative was there is very little sound dampening, so people carrying on conversations in the hall can be heard clearly."

"My hotel room 1109 smelled horrible, looked nothing like the pictures-which is why I booked- instead it looked retro and there was a bad paint job, counter where my coffee and fringe had gouges in it... Overall it was ghetto and my husband and I would not stay in it again even if it was only $60 a night. We were in a king room. The walls are paper thin. All we heard was banging from the room upstairs.

"Small room and almost like one start, bad small, one of two elevents does not work during last 7 days and they do not have good serves an, I book it through bookit and it custom me $105 each day for 7 days and I found it for only $60 if you book it buy coupons that in the hotel lobby magazine, so I do not recommend the hotel for more than $60 and I do not recommend book it at all because they not care of the customers they care how much they can get from your money."

"Well my husband and I weren't too happy with quite a few things. The reservations staff are quite snotty, especially the woman when we checked in, she seemed to want to correct everything I said, which was a little off-putting. We never seemed to have wash cloths in our rooms and we'd have to call housekeeping 2-3 times when they'd come and bring the wrong towels. Our sleep# bed didn't work, so I'd wake up in a big whole, with my back hurting, from a deflated bed. The room service team was very nice."

"Originally our trip was for 3 nights, but we enjoyed the hospitality of the staff that we asked for another night. They thought of everything including daily activities, heated pools, discounts on beverages, cleaning the rooms daily, we felt right at home. I would highly recommend this resort to every skeptical out there that beleives that there's no place like home. A returning very soon family

"We arrived early and the very helpful staff allowed us to check in early. We went to the room and there was a strong moldy smell in the room. They gave us another room immediately but it was marginally acceptable. Instead of spending the whole day swapping rooms, we accepted the second one. The building that the room was in had been obviously remodelled in the early 1980s. It was convenient to all attractions but was definitely dated and the hallways in the hotel buildings smeeled like mold. The lobby area was nice though and the staff were very nice. I wouldn't go back though."

"They checked me in without any issues and gave me my drink vouchers without asking for them... The only thing is that the pool had no heater and unfortunately it was a chilly weekend. Other then that a very nice place and a coddle get away..."

"Enjoyed the Raddison Resort very much. Loved the fact that they had a heated pool, a regular pool, and a hot tub. Also, they let you relax by the pool areas after hours (unlike many hotels) Had a great experience overall. Only thing I didn't like were the resort fees and drinks are very expensive (even with the buy one get one free coupon they offer)"

"We wanted to stay close to Disney since we would be ending the marathon event at about 2:30 am. Had a delightful stay at the hotel. We even checked in early enough to take advantage of the lovely pool area. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was fine and it was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Clean and well equiped.

"Excellent location close to all the parks. Rooms were clean and comfortable, we got a sleep number bed and we were right by the pool in our building but we used the pool only once out of 11 days as we spent most of our time at the theme parks.
Only downside was building 6000's wifi was not working during our stay so we were not able to access the net using our iPad, so we stuck with a wired connection on our laptop and used the business center for printing.
Overall I would stay here again and recommend the place, just too bad wifi did not work. Wired connection was inconvenient."

"our overall stay was nice. location was good//very close to disney and other attractions. there was a problem with our door and they fixed it right away. staff was mixed as far as friendliness. some were good, others were indifferent. it was a dull stay in the hotel but the room was very nice and comfortable. we would stay again."

"I have visited Orlando several times in the past. However, this was my first stay at the Radisson. The stay for me and my family was very good. The overall friendliness of the staff was excellent.
I would especially say that Yasmen, the evening desk hostess went out of her way to make our visit comfortable. During our many conversation, I discovered that she is Brazilan,one of many country I have vacationed inI encountered a problem in the main resturant and she and Steve, the night manager corrected it immedieatly.
Overall, Iwould stay at the Radisson again."

"I had an excellent experience in the hotel. Everything was perfect and far exceeded my expectations! I bring my air sanitizer with me whenever I visit a hotel because most are musty smelling. As soon as I walked into my room I knew I didn't need to use it and returned it to my car. The cleanliness of my room was unbelievable! The housekeeping staff did a great job! The soap products where the best that I have ever experienced in a hotel. There is nothing the staff could do to make my stay better. All the staff was extremely helpful and courteous! The young lady that checked me in was great! She even signed me up for the club card for me to use on my future visits. And I DO plan on returning with friends and family. We had the breakfast buffet in the Mandolins. Excellent food! Fresh and tasty! The staff there were also very nice! It was worth every penny! The pools, hot tubs and grounds were very clean and well kept! I would recommend this particular hotel to anyone staying in Orlando! "

"We were very happy with this hotel. Nice inside and out, friendly staff, games by a very nice pool. Great location, close to Disney, restaurants, Sea World & Wet 'n' Wild. Wasn't too impressed with Mandolin's Restaurant for Dinner, but the sports bar was good. easy check in / check out, would definitely recommend to friends, and would personally stay here again. "
