"The grounds and buildings were very well kept up - excellent! Our room was very nice - however the air conditioning wasn't good - it was soooo hot & the air barely kept you cool. Why are there no ice machines? Trolley transportation was very good. None of the restaurants had good food. Most of it had no flavor. We were disappointed at every restaurant we ate at..there was good quantity, but no quality. Service was excellent - but food quality was poor. We got a very good deal on the price - but I won't come back because of the heat and unbelievable humidity. I've been to Key West, Hawaii, and Jamacia - but never experienced such intense humidity. It was HOT!"

"The size of this very beautiful resort is very intimidating and it takes a day or so to orient yourself. I can't say that we didn't enjoy our holiday, but it seemed to take a lot of effort to get to where you wanted to go. We prefer a more intimate atmosphere. With 7000 guests, the dining room food was good, but service was slow at times."

"Extremely well-kept facility. This is a big resort with essentially 5 hotels together in a park. Staff are daily manicuring grounds, touching up scuffs, even chairs have no leg scrapes. Rooms are large with good bathrooms. Food is very good and specialty restaurants have a sensible dress code allowing comfortable tailored shorts and nice shirts (some other resorts disallow shorts in their restaurants but welcome dirty work jeans!) Bar service was fast and friendly.
Check-in smooth and efficient (likewise check-out) and the jitney service was very swift - we never waited more than 3 or 4 minutes for a ride. Maid service was a little late in the day but always plenty of towels and other supplies. Improvements could be made in staff knowledge of English - perhaps staff training in very basic words such as 'toilet' 'washroom' 'swimming pool' 'restaurant' 'tea' 'coffee' etc.
Our family strongly recommends this resort and would happily return."

"I have stayed at this hotel before. It is very large. This time our villa was closer to the lobby, so we used the trolley a lot to get to the beach. It worked out very well. The food is good, the cleanliness of the rooms is good and the workers are very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
